Kelly A. Pisarcik started her career as a secretary for a non-profit organization and has changed her occupation several times until finally meeting the challenge that she has been waiting for -- law.
After 11 years experience with a small law firm with a construction litigation and contract negotiation practice, Kelly came to us with extensive knowledge and understanding in handling all phases of the legal operations of a law firm.
Her experience entailed all aspects of financial responsibilities; i.e., billing process, accounts payable and receivable; maintaining client trust accounts; incorporating new companies; coordination of employees, i.e., group health insurance, 401 K profit sharing; coordinating attorney schedules, sustaining attorney liability insurance; CLE’s including preparation of seminars; preparation and filing of pleadings and other legal documents. Kelly is also knowledgeable with respect to the filing of mechanic liens, affidavits of claims, bond claims, and notice requirements to be filed with the County Recorders office. Kelly also has great communications with not only our clients, but their support staff as well. She is also a Notary Public.
Currently, Kelly is the Firm Administrator/Paralegal. She is responsible for maintaining the firm's electronic scheduling program, billing, accounts payable and receivable, preparation of pleadings for filing, opening new client matters, entering all pertinent information into the computer system, and general correspondence. |
