Tina Rhodes is a honor graduate of the North Carolina Central University School of Law where she worked on the school’s Law Journal. She began her legal career as a Staff Attorney at Jones Day Reavis & Pogue where she worked in the Litigation group. She developed extensive experience working on complex litigation involving national and international corporations. She participated in numerous large document review projects and the preparation of privilege logs to protect clients against the disclosure of proprietary information and documents covered by the attorney client privilege and the work product doctrine.
As a judicial clerk in Ohio’s Eighth District Court of Appeals, she prepared draft opinions and legal memoranda on various issues of law raised in appeals from civil, criminal, and administrative tribunals throughout Cuyahoga County. Her work there encompassed various areas of law from assault to zoning and enabled her to sharpen her legal research and writing skills while actively participating in the generation of legal decisions that applied and interpreted Ohio law.
As an Associate at Robert A. Poklar & Associates, Tina works extensively on various civil matters, appeals, and administrative protests. |
